Iron Forged Nutrition Omega 3,6,9
IFN Omega 3,6,9 EFA
What is the “WHITE SERIES”
The Iron Forged Nutrition “White series” is a line of products that contain mainly single-ingredient products with no unnecessary fillers or excess ingredients. We added the IFN Omega 3,6,9 to our white series product line because it is an essential basic health supplement that benefits from being packaged with no excess fluff or fillers. There is no need to have anything else with these fatty acids because they have so many benefits on their own, which is why we feel some ingredients are better off on their own, which is why we have the “White Series.” When we first started Iron Forged Nutrition, we wanted to focus mainly on products that produce better results than those currently available. We didn’t want to put out just another creatine, protein, glutamine, and so more unless it was going to be superior to what was currently available. We wanted to create unique and more effective products than competitors. Many companies say these things but end up putting little effort into making this happen or realizing quickly that it will be more complicated and expensive to produce unique products. It is tough to start a supplement company from the ground up, but it is even harder to create a supplement company that does fantastic products or changes things from the norm in the industry. It is harder due to many reasons; here are a few: you can’t just buy a stock formula, you have to source your powders (minimums on quantities), you have to do your testing, and you need to acquire a reliable source for the materials, especially when using rare or cutting edge ingredients, there is a significant risk buying from that source, you need to pay to test 3rd party for what you receive from source to verify their testing , work with a manufacturer who is willing to do smaller minimums if possible (usually custom formulas have higher MQO) and they need to be ready to make multiple test batches which can be very expensive, and there are many more reasons why it is so difficult. As time passed, we realized that sometimes the best products are only occasionally the most unique. They are sometimes simple ingredients that have been tried and true for many years. Our goal with the “White Series” is to use the best quality materials without unnecessary fillers or fluff. In this case, we wanted to deliver a high-quality, clean fish oil product that could provide the essential fatty acids needed for overall health benefits. To accomplish this, we took the Omega 3 fish oil we used in the IFN Omega 3 and added Flaxseed oil and Borage oil, which adds Omega 6 and Omega 9. IFN Omega 3,6,9 product contains 400mg of Omega-3 Fish Oil (72mg EPA and 48mg DHA). 400mg of Flaxseed oil and 400mg of Borage oil total of 1200mg in each soft gel. The recommended dose is 1-3 soft gels 1-2 times daily. This is an essential product that has been around for a long time, and even though we did not innovate the product we did our best to give our customers the product in Its purest form without any extra fluff, which is what our “White Series” line is all about.
Benefits of OMEGA-3, OMEGA-6, and OMEGA-9
The Iron Forged Nutrition Omega-3,6,9 EFA is essential for overall health and wellness. Omega 3s are the most popular or most well-known of fatty acids. This is because it is the one most people may lack when eating a standard western world diet. Some Omega-3 Fatty acids are essential because they cannot be produced by the Body, unlike Omega-9s which can be produced. Omega 3 and Omega 6 are both polyunsaturated fats. This means they are made up of multiple Double carbon bonds. Omega-9 is a monounsaturated fat, which only has one double carbon bond. The numbers 3,6, and 9 refer to the location of the double bond on the molecule chain. For example, Omega-3 contains an 18-carbon chain and 3 double bonds. Our goal with this product is to provide a good ratio of fatty acids to promote health and well-being. Here are some of the Essential Fatty acids obtained from Omega-3s and where they can be naturally acquired.

EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) — Seafood such as Fish and some algae
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) — Seafood such as Fish and some algae

Due to the blood thinning effect, you would want to stop taking this at least 2wks before any procedure or surgery and always make your dr. aware of the supplements that you use. Omega-3s are critical for brain development. DHA is significant, especially during the third trimester of pregnancy, when DHA accumulates quickly in fetal tissue, especially the brain and retina. DHA intake in fetal and infant brains is shown to improve cognitive skills. One study showed that mothers who had taken in the recommended amounts of Omega-3 and DHA during pregnancy performed better at problem-solving tests than babies whose mothers did not take in the exact amounts of omega-3 and DHA. Some research suggests that Omega-3s, such as EPA/DHA, could help prevent dementia and Alzheimer’s in some regard.

Likewise, when normal levels of cholesterol in the Body, the Body will be more substantial in attacks and heart disease will be healthier—still the harmful effects of cholesterol. When cholesterol levels increase, the person’s risk for cancer is also high. It is due to cholesterol stimulating the development of free radicals when the Body’s cells cannot fight off the evil or abnormal cells. Therefore, the health benefits of Omega 9 can help reduce the risk of cancer because the Body receives good cholesterol.
Moreover, the likelihood of cholesterol buildup is also very low, so the risk of cancer also declined.
