A little bit of background on Trevor: Trevor is the owner of TGB Supplements, and the host of the Anabolic Cartel Podcast. Trevor has been into bodybuilding since he was 12 years old, competed twice when he was a teen at the NPC Teen Mr. Pittsburgh, and is looking to do another competition in the near future. He is also a certified personal trainer through ISSA. He has extensive knowledge when it comes to PEDs and currently also works with a hormone replacement clinic as a patient consultant, and a pharmaceutical sales rep. He has coached competitors at the national level and has had quite a few class and overall winners in the NPC.

A little bit of background on Mod: Mod brings many years of personal experience in bodybuilding competition and coaching. He has personally won multiple shows including: Mr. Pittsburgh Over 35 Bodybuilding 4 times, Mr. Washington Overall, and the Tri-State Open and Closed Light Heavyweight. Those are just a few of many shows Mod has competed in, and won. Mod has also had features in a couple bodybuilding magazines one of which was Ironman. Mod helped some of the Pittsburgh Steelers with training and maintaining their health and was even featured on ESPN for an interview. He is certified in many different aspects of the fitness industry including: strength coaching, injury rehab, exercise science, med tech, anti-aging, nutrition, and many more. Mod has spent most of his life in the bodybuilding world and has seen just about everything over the years.

Together, Mod and Trevor bring old and new techniques into the bodybuilding/coaching world from diet/nutrition to performance enhancing supplements. Both of their personal experiences combined with their knowledge of all aspects of bodybuilding and fitness creates the perfect blend for top notch contest prep & fitness coaching! They are both notorious for their grueling workouts that bring an intensity level most have a hard time thinking about. They know what it takes to win!
