After the birth of my daughter, who is now 4, I really began to take interest in supplements and the many ways they can benefit the body. After a few months of hitting the gym hard, I began to notice big differences in how I looked. The next thing I know, I’m hooked. Though I cannot currently dedicate the time needed, I hope to one day get up on stage and compete in the Bikini division. Until then, I will continue to do my best inside and out of the gym!
