I have been transitioning into a diet for the last 2 wks. Here is where I am at as of today. I have dropped about 10-15lbs in the last 2 months just by increasing cardio and starting the diet 2 wks ago. Weighed 217lb today. Aiming for about 200lbs. I started at 234lbs.
