REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES


  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
    • 1.1 General Return Window
      Customers may request returns within 30 days of the product delivery date, as evidenced by our shipping records.
    • 1.2 Non-Returnable Items
      The following items CANNOT be returned under any circumstances:
      • Opened, unsealed, or used products (any product where the original seal has been broken)
      • Items damaged due to customer mishandling during use or storage
      • Clearance or final sale items (explicitly marked as such at time of purchase)
      • Digital products (e-books, downloadable content, training programs)
      • Personalized or custom products (if applicable)
      • Items purchased more than 30 days prior to return request
      • Products not in original, resalable condition with intact manufacturer seals and original packaging
    • 1.3 Returnable Items
      • The following items MAY be returned (subject to restocking fees outlined in Section 2):
        • Sealed, unopened products in original condition
        • Defective or damaged products received from us
        • Wrong items shipped by us due to our error
        • Products damaged in shipment (with photographic evidence)

  1. RESTOCKING FEES & REFUND AMOUNTS
    • 2.1 Standard Return – Restocking Fee Applied
      For returns of unopened, sealed products initiated within 30 days, we will process a refund minus a 20% restocking fee to cover logistics, quality inspection, repackaging, and re-shelving costs.
      • Example: $100 product = $80 refund (20% restocking fee deducted)
    • 2.2 Return Exceptions – NO Restocking Fee
      • The following returns are eligible for a full refund (100%) with no restocking fee:
      • Our Error – We shipped the wrong product, wrong quantity, or wrong SKU to you
      • Defective Product – Item is defective, damaged, contaminated, or expired
      • Damaged in Shipment – Product arrived damaged beyond reasonable use (photographic evidence required)
      • Falsely Advertised – Product does not match our product description or label
    • 2.3 Non-Qualified Returns – NO Refund
      If a product falls into the non-returnable categories listed in Section 1.2, no refund will be issued. This includes:
      • Opened or used supplements (safety and hygiene standards)
      • Products with broken seals or original packaging

  1. RETURN PROCESS
    • 3.1 Request Authorization

    • 3.2 Return Shipping

  • All issues and concerns regarding orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Unwanted product returns are only allowed on unopened products.
  • We are not responsible for any lost packages in transit back to our facility. Please protect yourself by shipping the product with insurance.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our facilities. You are also responsible for the original shipping charges on your order unless the mistake was made on our end.
  • Returned items received that are opened or have evidence of being tampered with will not be refunded or shipped back to you. In this event we claim ownership of these items which are now considered scrap or unusable product.
  • Orders sent back without return authorization number will be refused.
  • Original order shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • We can not guarantee that bars and other similar items will not melt during transit. Unfortunately if items melt they cannot be returned for a refund. Our distributors will not credit us for bars that melt during transit or after delivery. In your best interest, please take caution when ordering these items. If you’re interested in paying $5 for us to include a cold pack with your order please contact us before ordering at tgbsupplements@yahoo.com.
  • We must received any damaged product at our facilities before your account can be credited and another product can be re-shipped.
