Rick Wilson –
Hello everyone! My name is Ricky. First and foremost I am a family man. I am a father of two beautiful little girls who are my inspiration every day. Outside of that my passion for sports started with baseball when I was 4 and progressed all the way through college. But it was not until after my college days that I developed my passion for weightlifting. After college, I started a career in sales which meant a lot of time on the road and a lot of fast food. Before I knew it was out of shape and overweight. I started in 2010 with a home gym, a cookie cutter split program, and a questionable diet. Once I started seeing results I was immediately hooked. I spent a few years working out on and off in my basement and at the Hopwood Gym. Then in 2015, I decided to try CrossFit as a way to change it up, lose some body fat, and get better for my other passion, slowpitch softball. It was a nice change of pace and was able to get considerably stronger. After two and a half years I decided it was no longer for me and decided to reach out to Mod Giachetti. I have been training with Mod since September of 2017 and looking to possibly try a bodybuilding show in 2019.
