Quick Tip To Add Some Extra Mass To The Chest

Quick Tip To Add Some Extra Mass To The Chest Looking to add a bit of variation to your chest workout? Try throwing in some Straight-arm pull-overs into your regimen. This movement will help to expand your rib cage while also building the pecs and serratus.

Lie supine (face up) across a bench with the bench running horizontal across your shoulders. Keep your feet firm and flat on the floor while forming a 90-degree angle at your knees. Grip the dumbbell with your hands forming a diamond shape against the inner plate of the dumbbell and begin by holding the weight directly over your chest. While keeping your arms straight, slowly lower the weight behind your head until your arms are in line with your torso. With the arms still straight, return the weight back to the starting position and repeat. To create an even deeper stretch and harder contraction, keep your hips low during the entire set. Ensure to focus on the pecs throughout the movement and within just a few sets you should feel an intense burn.

This movement is by no means a replacement for presses or even flyes, but is a great addition to your chest routine to add some extra mass and definition to your physique.
