Matt Toney – Always loved sports and decided to get into lifting. I always stayed between 260-275. Was never truly in shape. I just had a good solid muscle build and a gut. Then just never cared and ate whatever and ended up tipping the scale at 300 in 2006, had lots of back problems due to being overweight and just super unhealthy . That was literally the tipping point for me. I moved to North Carolina in 2007 and started lots of cardio and weights lost about 20-30lbs . Then stayed about 265-275. Moved back to Pennsylvania got back I dropped down to 250 and that’s when I met my buddy Kyle Shobert at Gnc . He introduced me to macros . I went from 250 to 199 in a year and got in shape for the beach . Then I met Trevor and that’s when the ball really got rolling he helped me put on some insane muscle which you will see in the pic transformations. I couldn’t of asked for such an awesome and helpful guy as Trevor, he has gone above and beyond to help me out with everything! I Credit him and Kyle for my transformation ! Then in May 2015 got certified to be a personal trainer through ISSA the next day was headed to the gym and a guy blew through a red light and hit them head on. Had to go through lots of physical therapy to find out I needed surgery for a fully torn labrum. Then I had to go through more physical therapy and I’m just now getting back into lifting steady.
