Antaeus Labs Titan – The Newest Anabolic

Antaeus Labs Titan – The Newest Anabolic – This video is about the newest natural anabolic from Antaeus Labs called Titan.  Titan uses Tomatidine — simply the most potent natural anabolic available! We have a lot of up and coming things coming so stay tuned for more of our videos by subscribing to our YouTube channel and follow us on social media @tgbsupplements. Also, don’t forget to follow us on our forum/podcast called the Anabolic Cartel.

Titan is loaded with a very new all-natural anabolic compound named Tomatidine. It’s a complex of two ingredients rarely encountered in any type of sports supplement. The best part of this new anabolic is that it’s NON-HORMONAL! That means there’s not need to cycle it, run PCT, or employ a liver support supplement. As a matter of fact, it’s actually healthy for you!

Hold on, and feast your eyes on the next revolutionary muscle builder!

  • Ultra-Tomatidine (250mg)

    Antaeus Labs Titan Ingredients

Titan’s new natural anabolic is Tomatidine, a steroidal alkaloid derived from the green tomato plant.

Ultra-Tomatidine is a brand new ingredient that you’ve never encountered previously in a supplement. It’s a complex consisting of tomatidine and shilajit that provides 50mg tomatidine and 200mg shilajit per capsule.

    What the heck is tomatidine?!

This one’s so interesting that we’ve got a full-length blog post coming on Tomatidine real soon, but in the meantime, here are the basics on this novel ingredient:

As you may have guessed, Tomatidine comes from the humble tomato plant which is also plentiful in the powerful antioxidant lycopene, which is already well-known to the science community as a strong combatant against oxidative stress and certain forms of cancer.[1,2]

Tomatidine, on the other hand, is much newer on the scene, and science is just beginning to emerge on what this alkaloid can do.

    A steroidal alkaloid

    Tomatidine Study Figure 3

Tomatidine stimulates anabolism in cultured skeletal myotubes from humans and mice..[3]

First and foremost, tomatidine is classified as a steroidal alkaloid that’s derived from green tomatoes.[4] Although tomatidine has been identified as having similar cancer-fighting properties as lycopene[5], that’s not why we’re highlighting it here. In addition to warding off the spread of disease, tomatidine has been found to be a potent natural anabolic!

Several research trials have demonstrated that not only is the naturally occurring alkaloid healthy for you, but it’s also amazingly effective at warding off muscular atrophy and weakness.[3,4] To further expound on the benefits of this newfound muscle builder, tomatidine has been shown to:

    • increase skeletal muscle mTORC1 signaling,
    • reduce skeletal muscle atrophy,
    • enhanced recovery,
    • stimulate skeletal muscle hypertrophy, and
    • increase strength and exercise capacity[3]

    On mTORC1 Signaling

    Tomatidine Study Figure 4

Tomatidine stimulates mTORC1 activity in mouse skeletal muscle.[3]

The reason mTORC1 signaling is so important is because mTORC1 signaling stimulates muscle growth (a.k.a. hypertrophy) and reduces muscle atrophy (a.k.a muscle wasting) via several different means including elevated protein synthesis, increased mitochondrial biogenesis, and greater expression of anabolic genes encoding insulin-like growth factor.[3]

This is a huge home run for both natty and non-natty athletes. Increasing mTOR pathway signaling is one of the best ways to boost muscle-building when you are well-fed. Suffice it to say this stuff is very intriguing, and warrant much, MUCH more attention from us and other supplement manufacturers.

    It’s actually healthy!

To put the proverbial “icing on the cake,” tomatidine is actually good for you, unlike some many other questionable “anabolics” on the market. A comprehensive review of the alkaloid found that it reduces both serum and LDL (bad) cholesterol, as well as a significant reduction in atherogenesis (formation of plaque on the interior lining of arteries).[6]

We always knew that tomatoes were healthy – but now we’re seeing that when extracted properly, they can be anabolic as well!

    Why package with shilajit?

    Tomatidine Study Figure 7

Tomatidine-induced muscle hypertrophy is accompanied by reduced adiposity.[3]

Now that you’ve gotten somewhat of a grasp on what in the world tomatidine is, the next question you’re probably pondering is why in the world is it packaged alongside shilajit instead of being wrapped in a liposome, which have been shown to be amazing for improving the bioavailability of certain compounds.

The main reason it’s here is that shilajit enhances the bioavailability of compounds its packaged with. The main bioactive of shilajit is Fulvic Acid which has been shown in a few trials to enhance the bioavailability of other poorly absorbed ingredients, namely furosemide.[9,10] No trials have yet been run with tomatidine, but we have a sneaking suspicion it’s just as effective at increasing absorption.

But it also may increase testosterone!

However, Shilajit may also have its own anabolic and pro-testosterone properties, in addition to its historical role in Ayurveda as a natural remedy for a number of maladies. Recent studies on the compound have shown that it increased both testosterone secretion and stimulation.[7] Furthermore, another clinical trial on shilajit showed that it “resulted in skeletal muscle adaptation through upregulation of ECM-related genes that control muscle mechanotransduction properties, elasticity, repair, and regeneration.”[8]

In other words, shilajit positively affected the muscle’s pliability, and its ability to repair itself when subject to stress or damage. This is yet another pro-anabolic benefit to Titan!

Dosing

For maximum benefit, take one capsule twice daily. For optimal absorption, Antaeus Labs recommends that you consume your servings of Titan with a meal.

Under no circumstances should you consume more than six capsules per day.

Takeaway

Antaeus Labs is once again rocking the boat of the natural supplement industry. You might not know this, but they were behind the release of the original epicatechin supplements, and still nobody else has BAIBA figured out.

So uncovering novel natural ingredients isn’t anything new for Antaeus Labs, who often operate as a raw material supplier for some of these ingredients. But this time, they’ve got a product with it on their own, and Titan looks like it’s possibly the next big landmark in Antaeus’ quest to provide top quality supplements for the best natural gains possible.

If you’ve tried just about all the other natty products out there with no success, and don’t want to venture into the land of anabolics, take Titan for a ride and let the gains come a trucking!
